Shipping & Delivery

When you purchase an item from this website, you are confirming your agreement to our Shipping, Delivery and warranty policies. You are also agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time-Frames

Please allow a standard 4 - 10 business days for delivery. Delivery time can vary based on various factors including your location, size & weight of the item, time of the year, etc. Therefore, we recommend that you allow more time for your delivery to arrive.

If your delivery has not arrived within the following time frames, please contact our customer service team so that we can assist:

  • Victoria: 3 - 10 working days
  • NSW, SA, ACT: 5 - 12 working days
  • QLD, NT, WA, TAS: 7 - 15 working days

Our warehouses continue to dispatch orders rapidly, over 90% of orders are dispatched within one business day. However, as a result of demand, some deliveries are experiencing delays in parts of the country. Please allow some additional time to receive your order during this period.

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or time-frames as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

    Shipping & Tracking

    Factory To Home shall determine the method and manner with which our items are shipped to you.

    Dispatch typically takes 1-2 working days after your order. We will send you order tracking details from our couriers. Please allow up to 2 working days from time of notification sent for the couriers online tracking information to be updated.

    We cannot guarantee delivery to the following postcodes:

    Due to limitations of our couriers, we are not always able to ship to the following postcodes. If you place an order to one of the postcodes below, we will do our best to arrange your delivery successfully. In the majority of cases, we will be able to arrange your delivery successfully without further action from you. In the event that we cannot arrange your delivery, we may offer you alternative delivery arrangements. If we cannot provide you with a suitable delivery arrangement, we will provide you with a full refund. If you live in a postcode in the list below, we encourage you to place your order without concern. However, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order as we deem necessary.

    Unsuccessful Deliveries 

    You will incur a re-delivery fee if your item(s) delivery is unsuccessful for any of the following reasons:

    • You entered an incorrect or Inaccurate address
    • You failed to pick up your parcel within the acceptable time frame
    • You or the Receiver rejected the package.

    Please do not enter a P.O Box as your shipping address if it can be avoided. There are some items we cannot ship to a P.O Box. If you enter a P.O Box, your delivery may be delayed. In the event that we can not facilitate delivery to your P.O Box, We may contact you and request an alternative delivery address. It will be your responsibility to provide us with a suitable alternative address.

    Business or commercial address

    Deliveries made to business addresses or at a place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.

    Warranty

    Most non-electronic items on this website are sold with a 12-month warranty. Some items have a longer warranty period and this is displayed on the relevant product page.

    Most electronic items on this website are sold with a 3 month warranty.

    Please contact us before you place your order if you are unsure about the warranty status of your items.

    Warranty does not apply to faults and damages caused by misuse or damages and faults caused during assembly or delivery.

    Timeframes

    To lodge a claim under these warranty conditions you must contact us within 10 working days from receipt of the item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims under this warranty after this period.
